Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping for orders from mainland USA.
- Please note that remote areas such as Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included.
Shipping Times
- For Small Packages: Expect delivery within 5-7 business days. (Note: Canada is not included in this service.)
- For Pallet Shipments: Delivery time is estimated at 7-14 business days. (Note: Canada is also not included in this service.)
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking information will be sent to you via your email address.
Shipping Methods
- For Small Items: Standard shipping is provided through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- For Large Items (e.g., Pizza Ovens, Wine Fridges, Tubs, etc.) or Multiple Products: Shipping is arranged through LTL Freight.
Shipping Times by Method
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days within the U.S. and 5-7 business days for Canada.
- LTL Shipping: 7-10 business days within the U.S. and 10-15 business days for Canada.
Shipping Types
- Standard Shipping: We partner with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking.
- Freight (LTL) Delivery: Used for large, heavy, or oversized items. Delivery occurs curbside; you will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to your desired location.
Shipping Cancellations
- Customers must provide a valid email address during the checkout process. All orders are subject to verification and approval. Approved orders will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

LTL Receipt Instructions
- The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery. If unavailable, a delivery fee may apply.
- You will receive shipping dates and tracking information; no need for a presence upon delivery.
Shipping Confirmations
